The Whyalla Motorcycle Club is holding its next race meeting on Sunday, September 9 and invites all riders interested to attend. The track is located on the Lincoln Highway, about 10 kilometres out of the city, spectator entry is free, a full canteen and bar is available as well as full amenities.

They ride on a modified track and are always looking for more riders. Rider sign in is at 8am, practice at 9am and racing gets underway at 10am. The club meetings are a family affair and start at 8pm, all riders welcome. Once the dirt settled both rider and bike were relatively ok, much to the relief of the spectators standing at the canteen. Junior racing was also in full swing with fantastic rides put in by local up and coming racers the Marshall brothers Sam and Jesse taking second and third places in the 65cc class just behind Port Lincoln rider Tanner Pfitzner.
Junior Lites racing was action packed with Sega Ward sending a clear message to the senior lites riders they will have some hot competition once he steps up to that class. Sam Charlton was second for the round with Bailey French finishing the podium off with a stellar ride for third.
