On the northwest corner of the front wall of the villa. At the Antico Teatro Romano, which is the big theater to the southwest. Head down into the theater properly from the roadside and make a left as soon as you can, where you'll find a glyph that looks like two fingerprints on top of each other.
Or galaxies. It could be either, really. At the Monte Oliveto Maggiore, which is the largest building to the southwest outside of the city walls. Climb up the windows on the rounded southern exterior and you'll find this pyramid-looking glyph at the top of the first roof.
On top of the Torre del Diavolo. Look on your map for the one art merchant in Tuscany, then look north of it for a black rectangle indicating a tower. Climb this tower to get to the glyph. It'll be an all-seeing eye inside a triangle. In Santa Maria Assunta, the dark gray building in the walls of Tuscany. Face the building from the east looking west , and head up the stairs. There's a small archway left of the stairs at the top that leads to a mountain glyph, as well as a small courtyard.
Return to the art merchant and look south for two towers right next to each other. This last glyph, reminiscent of a Japanese temple, is in-between the two towers. You can get to it by using the nearby buildings and their smaller rooftops. Halfway up the tall tower to the northeast. It kind of looks like a mountain. Some Hebrew text high up on a wall in the building with a square courtyard.
You can climb up to it from below or drop to it from the rooftop. On the back of the large curved piece at the top of the building. It should look like an audio file wave, but it isn't.
